Stand up and Reliable

After much research I chose ACA 10 years ago. So many good things to say over the years, but I think this will sum it up; Last summer in the 90+ temps my air went out and so did my neighbor’s. They have a service contract with a fancy AC company with a color "Blue" in their name. I know both companies were busy, but ACA came out in less than 4 hours to fix my problem. The other company managed to show up 5 days later for my neighbor. I’ve dealt with the same people at ACA over the years. They are consistent, reliable and effective.

Nice to find a trustworthy choice in HVAC

After much researching, we chose Air Control Atlanta to replace the entire heating and cooling unit in our 17 yr old home. We were delighted with our experience and found Dennis Benton to be a man of his word. Small businesses take on the personality of their leaders, and at ACA that means: treats you like a customer before & after the sale, professional, reliable, fair and considerate. A purchase of this size can make you nervous about choice of both service provider and equipment - we’re happy to say, nervous goes away with providers like this. Highly recommended, agree with all of the other 5 star reviewers.

Great Service, Good Value

Our family has been using ACA for 5 years and recently replaced a furnace. We were delighted with the result and are very pleased with the overall service and value.

ACA installed a new duel-fuel system in my house when there was snow on the ground and ice on the roads. They installed the inside and outside components perfectly. I like when a job is done perfect, and their attention to detail was excellent. The technicians were very nice and personable, and they left my house spotless with no trace of the old system. I’d highly recommend them when you need something done right!

Terrific and Timely Service

ACA’s technician called about half an hour priot to showing up so that I din’t lose a day’s work waiting around. He promptly found and fixed the problem with my AC unit, and didn’t try to push additional "services" on me.
