Air Control has been looking after my old furnace for several years & what I've appreciated the most is that they'd give me a fair appraisal of it's expected life span at each visit without pushing me to buy a new system.  When the situation had obviously become terminal on a very hot August day, they responded very quickly & offered me a fair price, including a requested upgrade to a larger system in anticipation of some remodeling.  I gave them the go-ahead one afternoon & they showed up around nine the next morning with a large crew.  I was amazed when the entire system, inside and out, was up & running and I had a cool house by 6pm that evening.  When the technician came back the next day to install the new thermostat, I challenged him to move it to a new, more difficult location.  He started in without a grumble & did a first rate installation.  The installation was prompt, very neat, and the price was fair...Who could ask for more?

I just wanted to take a minute to let you know how very much we appreciate all that you did for us last week during the on-going “Evaporator Coil” saga. You went beyond the call of duty throughout the entire ordeal.

Learning we had a leak in the evaporator coil of our HVAC unit, only 3 years into a newly constructed home – something that our builder only warranted for 2 years, I was in total shock to learn of the $725.00 cost to replace this part as quoted by the HVAC Company recommended by our builder – and your competition... In the world we live in today, it was a breath of fresh air to experience your immediate call to action where it concerned my rights as a consumer. Your stellar product knowledge, proactive vs. reactive approach to business and superb customer service are amazing. I think I was the most impressed by your willingness to help me get answers I needed without expecting anything in return.

Of course, I would be remiss if I did not mention how great your Service Manager was too! He arrived right on schedule and worked hard to complete the job for us... So, thanks again for everything.
